No, you cannot pause your subscription. However, you can cancel a monthly subscription at the end of each month.
For the monthly model, you can cancel your subscription until the end of the month for the coming month.
With an annual subscription, you can cancel up to the end of the month before the end of the current year.
To cancel, simply go to your RaceData account in the online store.
We attach great importance to the security of your data. Teams cannot view or exchange data with each other.
Even within a team, only certain roles see certain information.
As a driver, but also with the roles “Chief Mechanic”, “Mechanic” and “Other”, you will only see the events to which you have been assigned. Talk to your team owner if you do not see any information.
Use the “Forgot password” function in the login screen of the application. If your e-mail address is stored in our database, you will receive an e-mail to set a new password.
Make sure that no tab in the area you are in is highlighted in red. If a tab icon is red, this means that you have not filled in mandatory fields and they are still empty.
If you want to leave the team as team owner, you must ensure that at least one other person is still a team owner in the team. To do this, go to your team overview and adjust the roles of your team members.
You can also delete the team. All your data will be lost and you and none of your other team members will have access to the data.
You can be a member of as many teams as you like. You can change teams by clicking on your profile icon in the top right-hand corner and changing the team in the team dropdown.
